1. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation by phone, WhatsApp, or direct communication with our team. Cancellation charges may apply depending on trip type, vehicle allocation, route, and timing of cancellation.

2. Possible Cancellation Charges

  • No or low charge for cancellations made well in advance, subject to confirmation.
  • Partial charge may apply for last-minute cancellations.
  • Higher charge may apply after vehicle dispatch, driver reporting, or for reserved outstation bookings.

3. Refund Processing

If an advance payment is eligible for refund, the refund may be processed after deduction of applicable cancellation or operational charges. Refund timelines may vary depending on payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refund may not be available in cases such as false booking details, customer no-show, non-responsive customer at pickup point, or cancellation after trip start.

5. Service Cancellation by Us

If we are unable to provide service due to operational issues or circumstances beyond control, we will try to offer an alternative or discuss refund eligibility based on the specific case.

6. Route Changes and Waiting

Additional charges may apply for route changes, extra waiting time, tolls, parking, night travel, extra distance, or customer-requested deviations.
